Getting Started

How do I get started?

Submit the contact form through the website, and you can expect a follow-up via email within 24–48 hours

What are the first steps?

After submitting the contact form, you’ll be guided through confirming your location and insurance. Once that’s complete, we’ll move forward with scheduling your first session.

Do you offer consultations?

I don’t offer separate consultation calls. Instead, the first session serves as a full introduction to the therapy process, allowing you to get a clear sense of the work and whether it feels like a good fit. You’re always free to decide how you’d like to move forward after that.

Insurance & Payment

What insurance do you accept?

BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, and Aetna

How does insurance verification work? 

Once your insurance information is submitted through the client portal, it is verified through Headway. This allows us to confirm your benefits and determine your expected copay before getting started. All billing is handled through their system.

What if I’m out-of-network?

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, you’re welcome to move forward at the self-pay rate of $175 per session, or you may choose to work with a provider who is in-network with your plan.

Location & Availability

Do you see clients outside of Texas?

At this time, I’m only able to provide therapy services to clients located in Texas.

How soon can I schedule?

Availability can vary, but many new clients are able to schedule within 1–2 weeks.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on the level of support needed. We’ll also consider your schedule and what feels manageable for you. As we get started, we can adjust the frequency over time based on your needs and goals.

What can I expect in therapy?

Therapy is a space to slow down, explore your thoughts and emotions, and gain clarity around patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is collaborative and paced intentionally, focusing on building awareness, strengthening self-trust, and helping you move through challenges in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Sessions are 60 minutes

Late/no-show fee

A $100 fee is applied to late cancellations or missed appointments.

Portal & forms expectations

All clients have access to the client portal, where appointments, forms, and assessments are securely managed.
